Crazy Garlic Herb Salmon

This was super yummy!


  • 2 pound salmon strip
  • 4 tablespoon garlic
  • ¼ cup dill
  • ¼ Meyer lemon juice

serves 4-6

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • sea salt

  1. On baking sheet, wrap in foil, place salmon, and place all the ingredients on that baby.
  2. Preheat oven at 375, then cook salmon uncovered for 15-20 mins depending on how well cooked you like it!

Serve with grilled or steamed vegetables!
