Gluten-Free Pork & Turkey Meatloaf

This is good-feeling cooking! Makes perfect portions for lunch so you can always eat healthy!

 


(Someone couldn’t wait…)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup organic ketchup
  • ¼ cup of organic gluten-free tamari soy

serves: 6-12

  • ½ cup chives, chopped
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon garlic
  • sea salt

* DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and fill regular size cupcake pan.
  3. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Cook till done and golden. Serve with lots of veggies!
