Grilled Mustard & Dill Chicken with String Beans

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ pound chicken
  • 12 oz string beans
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard

serves: 4-6

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ almond slivers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • sea salt
  • fresh pepper

* DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate for a few hours chicken, mustard, and dill. Grill till well done.
  2. In skillet, melt butter, saute garlic, add beans. When almost done add almonds. Add salt and pepper for taste.
