So easy even a city girl can make it
- Marinate chicken in lemon, garlic, rosemary, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil for 1 hour or longer in fridge.
- Grill chicken until done.
- In large mixing bowl add broccoli, carrots, pea shoots, cilantro, almonds, strawberries, cranberries. In small mixing bowl mix mayo and maple syrup together then pour over salad and toss.
