Although, he did say, “this is one of the best meals you’ve made; on a scale of 1-10, easily 17!”
So I guess he likes WL as much as I do =)
- Marinate chicken in garlic, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, oregano, cumin, salt, olive oil for 1 hour or more in fridge.
- Grill chicken till done.
- In skillet melt butter, saute yams, add ½ tablespoon of cayenne pepper, salt, nutmeg. Cooks in 7-10 mins.
- In bowl mix avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, rest of cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Serve chicken on a hot bed of sweet & spicy yams and smother with avocado!
